The property was clean and even though it was very close to the airport there was no noise from the planes. We were extremely grateful to the owners who let us get in early after a very long flight. We stayed at this property due to its location in relation to Brunel Uni. Couldn't fault anything, if you need to stay in this area and want value for money, this property is for you. Great pub for food and drinks at the end of the road too.
failed to inform me of the cancellation of the accommodation after traveling 4 hours and arriving late evening I had paid in full and on arrival I was told the accommodation had been canceled saying the room works had not finished I then had alternative accommodation to find At a cost for a late booking . It took weeks for a refund and I was not offered a single complimentary offer . Will not use again
Hotel was well laid out and very clean with a great vibe the telephone booths were excellent for selfies 😊 Staff were professionally dressed. Breakfast was exceptional plus the staff were most attentive and efficient in keeping the flow of patrons moving along without seeming to hurry you - well done to all concerned. A bank machine inside the hotel would have been a nice convenience as when asked I was directed to a gas station which was not a two minute walk as suggested. Overall great overnight stay for connecting to my flight at Heathrow next day
We arrived 11pm No facilities available for a cup of tea or coffee Very disappointed . Our room was very clean and comfortable.. Sharad bathroom was clean and comfortable . minor changes would definitely get me to book again. Right now I wouldn't recommend it
As an appendix to my previous extremely negative revenue .The phone number I was given was not correct and I was thus unable to contact them.If I had then I presumably would have been able to be let through the door!
It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public transportation to get into the city of London. From the busses to the tube travelling to/from the city center was easy and smooth. It did take some time, but it was worth it when it came to flying day. Where we stayed allowed for walking to anything necessary (i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, grocery). It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip.
