St Ouen's (1.4 miles from Jersey Airport)
Discovery Bay is a 4-star property situated in St Ouen's, facing the sea. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 90 metres from St.Ouen's Bay Beach. We stayed in Apartment No. 8 the upstairs one facing the front of the building with the two balconies. It was exceptionally clean with lovely furniture, great comfortable beds, white bedlinen, and huge white towels. There were five adults and one 8 year old child. The apartment has a good size living/kitchen room with a double couch bed, a big bathroom with a fantastic shower and two bedrooms. The large one was for my daughter, her husband and their son Jake. Vicky had a camp bed put in for Jake. Myself and my husband had the smaller twin room and my son had the couch. Now Vicky told us that it would be a bit of a squeeze and I really appreciated this information but as we were a family we were fine. We enjoyed having the balconies with the beautiful view of The Wetlands Centre and St. Quens Beach behind us with the most amazing sunsets each evening. Vicky, Natalie and Joe were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They even left Milk and bottles of Water for us and they were really friendly while we were there. We had our breakfast every morning behind the building in Sands Beach Cafe which is run by the same family. The food was fantastic with freshly squeezed orange juice and all at a reasonable price. The staff were lovely in the cafe. Communication with everyone was excellent from the moment I booked - Thank you to Vicky and Natalie who always answered my queries. We loved our holiday in this lovely building and we will return again as we were visiting my Son and his family who live on the island. Many thanks to Natalie, Joe, and Vicky for a fantastic stay.

St. Mary is a small village located in the interior of the island, so is only a short drive from many of the island's beaches. We found the location very quiet, and enjoyed the good pub which was within a short walking distance from the cottage. We have visited Jersey many times, our favourite places to eat are : Le Braye and El Tico at St.Ouen's beach, Colleen's at Greve de Lecq beach, The Crab Shack at Plemont Bay, Cafe Uno at St'Aubin and for a special treat : Mark Jordan at the Beach (La Haule.)
Hotel in a great location with great views across bay from St Helier to St Aubin. If you don't have a car nearest bus stop is at Coronation Park about 6 minutes walk away downhill. You can get buses here to visit west and north west of island and buses into St Helier bus station where you can get buses other parts of the island. Only £2 per journey no matter how far. Excellent value. Beware if you get a bus to the west St Aubin, Corbierre and St Ouens that although you can pick it up at Coronation Park they don't all stop there on the way back but go along Victoria Avenue (main road along sea front) where there are no bus stops so you end up in St Helier with either a walk back or pay for another bus as we found out.
Beautiful scenery, lovely sandy beach and a number of places to eat /drink. Not really a town as such but very easy to hop on a bus and go along to the next cove which was a little more lively. The church is very pretty and worth a look.
What a beautiful island so peaceful I found the people so friendly and the food good st aubin s is tiny but I like that reminded me of Cornwall Lovely pubs and restaurants no shops but you can get a bus into st Helier ten mins away the buses are very regular and reliable They only prob I had was not wanting come back home There’s a Indian restaurant opposite the harbour it’s quite pricy but the food is amazing We also ate at the Tenby pub on seafront food good there to we found you had to book a table most places were booked up All in all fantastic break
St Ouens is a beautiful part of the island, especially for families with young children as the beach is smooth and safe. Also a great area for walkers with the cliff path going through. Large cafe/shop on the beach.
St Lawrence is not too busy and is within easy reach of all attractions or places you wish to visit. We hired a car and found it very easy to get around. A visit to the Jersey War Tunnels is a must. Very moving and informative.
