De kamers op de foto's van de Holliday Inn zien er veel fraaier uit dan in werkelijkheid. De kamers zijn allemaal wat verouderd, wel schoon en goede bedden. Badkamer dito. Prima voor een nacht, zeker bij late aankomst op vliegveld. Hotel ligt tegenover de aankomsthal.
Of je nu op GLA of EDI vliegt: er is een bus die je naar Buchanan Bus Station brengt en vandaar is het 5 minuten lopen naar het hotel. De ligging is centraal in Glasgow. Het theater op 5 minuten lopen, het Piping Center op 5 minuten lopen en dit geldt ook om op de winkelstraat Sauchiehall te geraken. Zeer nette kamer met koffie/thee faciliteit. Het meeste beviel het zeer uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet met de optie tot een fully cooked breakfast. Er is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel werkzaam.
