Great for getting to the airport on time Full house. The kitchen seemed to have everything you need: washing machine, drying machine, oven, a small dishwasher, fridge. We didn't really use them but good to have. Nice bath, and living area. Big enough bedrooms. They were helpful and got us a cot for the baby for the one night.

This is a lovely apartment only a few minutes walk from the airport. There are lots of toiletries/spare toothbrushes/shampoo etc in the bathroom and food in the kitchen. The host sent very friendly, useful texts ahead of our stay. The sofa bed downstairs is not comfortable, otherwise everything was very comfortable. Apparently there are 6 towels but we could only find 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
Well it's not Coventry, so it has a fine patisserie and a low tobacco/bar with an erudite if alcoholic clientele and 1880 Blüthner upright not tuned since 1910 (I borrowed some tools and tuned it). A tapestry museum full of history half a block from my hotel. A population even more diverse than Coventry. I don't see how anyone wouldn't find it charming but a couple of locals claimed it stinks because of some kind of local factory. It has a charming Communist Party headquarters a block from my hotel. Oh yeah and it has the Restaurant Autrement. Two Michelin forchettes and the best meal I've eaten in many years.
It is close to the airport, you can walk to it in 10-12 minutes. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and the host is attentive. Just note that there is no grocery store in this settlement, the nearest Lidl is about 3 km away
its a small town as a stop over on your way to Paris if you fly in late at night or arent in a rush. The growth of the airport is obviously having an impact and the town centre is being refreshed. Theres a nice square in the centre and a few restaurant's and bakeries dotted about. Its cheaper to stay here than Paris and eating out wasnt that much different price wise, which was a little suprising. However the convienience stores for supplies on your trip and the bakeries are better value. A reasonable layover and refresh before heading off again, Im sure the town will grow and develop around the airports growth in the coming years and be a great little stop over in the future.
There’s no local restaurants, so make sure you eat before you get there (or take cooking ingredients with you, to use the kitchen). But, apart from the aeroplanes taking off/landing, it’s very quiet. (Airport seemed to operate from 6am to midnight…ish). Felt like a safe area. Would definitely stay here again.
I knew France shuts down completely on a Sunday, so I can't say how lively the town is on a weekday/Saturday. Cathedral was great, some nice bakeries (albeit bit grossed out by the fact that all the food and pastries were uncovered and the staff weren't that bothered about all the wasps chowing down the items for sale).
