This modern guest house is in central Torrejón de Ardoz, 10 minutes’ drive from Barajas Airport and IFEMA Conference Centre. Free WiFi is available. The staff went out of their way to help me, I had come off a 30 hour trip from New Zealand, and had not slept on the flight. I was very exhausted, but the staff made everything easy, and helped me with advice about my onward travel, a charger for my iPad I’d forgotten to pack, and a friendly chat.

Zouk Hotel is located on the A-2 Motorway in Alcalá de Henares. This stylish hotel offers discreet service and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and an MP3 player. We liked the hotel concept. Very clean and discrete. We just used it as a stop on our way to MAD, but we were pleasantly surperised and enjoyed the facilities.

Featuring 2-star accommodation, Hostal La Carretera is located in Torrejón de Ardoz, 16 km from IFEMA and 22 km from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The room was amazing, so quiet although facing the street and located on the ground floor. It had a bathtub located in the room and a shower located in the bathroom. The lighting was very artistic and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a small and cosy backyard and a dining area, that has a microwave oven and all you need to serve your own meals there. Altogether, an unexpected very nice experience.

Situated in Torrejón de Ardoz, GOLDEN TORREJON is a recently renovated accommodation, 16 km from IFEMA and 22 km from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The staff was very helpful and with good recommendations. Excellent service!

Hostal Villa de Ajalvir, a property with a bar, is situated in Ajalvir, 22 km from IFEMA, 27 km from Chamartin Railway Station, as well as 29 km from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Everthing! the staff were absolutely wonderful. We were traveling from South Africa and we cant speak much Spanish but everyone here were so accommodating and kind. The restaurant food were so delicious. Thank you to the Chef, the lovely kind owner, the ladies at reception, the morning barrister! We had a true Spanish experience.. aaah such a wonderful treat!!
