This restored town house offers charming rooms with private balconies, a 24-hour reception. Situated in the village of Cabanes, it is a 16 km from the beach. Hi, we stayed to Casa Rural as 1 night for transit from Valencia to CDT - Castellon Airport flight. The accommodation was great, as expected, the lady help us with any additional questions that we had upfront, she asked her son to takes to the airport & from train station contra cost ofc. We arrived Sunday evening and the "city" Cabanes is empty, no place to eat or to shop for water & bread. Casa Rural dosen't provide any meal/food but the house is made in old style but very "fashionable" and nice, also the mattress very comfortable. Clean, silent, rural, nice, very nice hosts!

VÍA NATURA hotel rural gastronómico is located in Cabanes, 35 km from Castillo de Xivert and 26 km from Castellon de la Plana Train Station. We loved the authentic Spanish style charm of the hotel. The large comfortable clean bed, and the well equipped bathroom. Paco is an excellent host, with good local knowledge and a warm friendly manner. The hotel restaurant is also exceptionally good and make sure you have a meal there. There’s plenty of safe street parking next to the hotel. It is only 15 minutes drive to the beach, or you can even visit Cabanes swimming pool for €2. There’s a great bar nearby that is friendly and serves excellent omelette sandwiches. Breakfast can easily be found nearby too.

Drove from UK to Alicante and stopped off here, glad i did. The hotel is great and the restaurant was brilliant, 3 course diner with drink was very tasty and just £12.50, nice choice of coffee for breakfast
