I spent only one night here as I was passing through on my return trip to the US. The staff is all very nice and professional. My room was quite clean and had all of the amenities that I needed. The hotel offers free breakfast. They offer a wide variety of things to eat. I used the shuttle bus to and from the airport. It costs 6 Euros. The bus picks up at eh Holiday In that is a short walking distance from the Hampton Inn. That is the pick up location for several hotels in that area. There's not too much to do in the area around the hotels by the airport. I did get out for a walk around the area just to get some fresh air.

Staff was amazing with us and Carlos was really helpful. We had asked for the cot for our baby and Carlos made sure to bring it when we checked in so there would not be any problems. The rest of the staff was amazing as well and they made our one day stay amazing. The room was super clean and it had everything we needed for our stay we were very happy. Definitely I will be going back when I have a stop at Frankfurt.
