Anita was very warm and sincere, the room was very comfortable, I extended my stay and it was well worth the money. Here are two examples: 1. Because one of the mothers and the child could not sleep well in the same big bed, we asked for an extra bed. Anita and her husband were very enthusiastic and quickly carried the rollaway bed to the second floor and helped clean up the room. And extra beds are free. 2. The kids love to have meat for breakfast, Anita also prepared sausages and a special yellow curry flavored biscuit. We were also served Chinese Green Leave tea, which was very warm.

Anita's Bed and Breakfast Had the cheapest price in Abbotsford , so I was really nervous about it being legit or not. The breakfast photos also was surprising, I booked it because it was a huge price difference so I figured I’d chance it. I called the day before check in and they had my reservation. When I Got here, Anita herself did my check- in and everything was great! Totally worth it. And her breakfast is a WOW. all around the kitchen is breakfast buffet.

We liked the nice big room with the firm, comfortable beds and the fridge and microwave. We were disappointed our room was not attended to all the time we were there. We had to ask for replacement items. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we would return.
No air condtion, One ironboard but no iron. No breakfask Window screen broken. One bathtowel each, no hand towel or facecloth Between the main house and the rental junk, on the side of the house six bags of garbage, Side walk is very steep to walk up. The room was clean. We left the room 20 minutes after we got there because it was filthy. The owner has been harassing us since we asked for a refund. Even texting us trying to be booking.com This whole experience has been creepy and crazy. She used our booking information to go on this site and write a review of exceptional under our name. We did not write this. They really should be investigated
There were no bugs. But I did check the mattress and base boards (which were showing many years of wear and tear) for signs. The room was too hot, but once I figured out how to turn on the ancient air-conditioner, it quickly became comfortable. The furnishings were serviceable but chipped and worn.
There was nothing I liked about this place, it's a dump with homeless people and drug addict's hanging around. Grounds are a mess, rooms are a mess. Dirty disgusting place. Don't stay here
Its an excellent place to stop over if you have a flight the next day. It is easy to get to Vancouver airport and take around 60 to 90 minutes skirting the US border. The town itself is busy - lots of traffic and not what we found in the rest of our Rockies trip. Beyond the town looks lovely though with some really beautiful countryside around it.
Location was close to YXX ($15 approx to abbotsford Airport). No free shuttle so need to book own taxi or ride. wifi was easy to connect to Staff super friendly and the room was clean. Bed comfortable . Had ability to open window for fresh air, mini fridge (no bar which was great for bringing own food to eat) Great toiletries and lots of fresh towels.

Hotel and room was clean , Hotel is well located , Close to the YXX airport and a lot of options for going out to eat
