Sembra una piccola New York, con i grattacieli altissimi e a fianco quartieri tipici, come quello cinese. Ci si sposta facilmente con la metro (facile da usare e molto veloce). Ci sono tantissimi posti in cui mangiare o fare compere. Molto belle le isole proprio di fronte, adattissime per fare passeggiate o andare in bicicletta e per avere una bella foto dello skyline della città.
La città è cresciuta tantissimo ed è visibile un contrasto tra la zona dei grattacieli, che la rende una metropoli americana, con i quartieri con casa basse, circondati da boschi e giardini dalla vegetazione coloratissima. NOn esiste una vera e propria cucina locale ma cenitinaia di varietà di cucine internazionali. Gli spostamenti in città sono agevoli, anche se l'opzione di camminare è preferibile nonostante alcune lunghe distanze. Consiglio sicuramente la visita della città
citta moderna costosa come ogni grande città da organizzare in quanto 4 giorni preventivati sono risultati lunghi , in due giorno si vedono tranquillamente i due musei , la torre cn , ed il centro .
LA CITTA' E' MODERNA ED IN FASE DI CONTINUO SVILUPPO, MOLTO BELLA E CARATTERIZZATA DA DIVERSE ZONE MOLTO PARTICOLARI, DA PARCHI AD AREE FINANZIARIE, DI SHOPPING E CON SERVIZI DI TRASPORTO CONTINUAMENTE DISPONIBILI ED ACCESSIBILI E PUNTUALI AL MINUTO. COMODISSIMO SPOSTARSI DA UN PUNTO ALL'ALTRO DELLA CITTA' CON I MEZZI PUBBLICI. MI SONO SENTITO BENISSIMO TANTO CHE STO VALUTANDO DI ANDARE A VIVERE E LAVORARE LI.
La città è moderna, pulita e, in generale, molto ben organizzata. Per gli spostamenti ho utilizzato un servizio di trasporto privato. Molto emozionante la gita alle Niagara Falls, che ho prenotato con congruo anticipo tramite una piattaforma online.
Toronto è una città in continua evoluzione. Tanti i cantieri, ma nonostante questo girare in auto è possibile. Noi abbiamo lasciato l'auto in hotel per una cifra giornaliera non indifferente (60$canadesi), ma abbiamo preferì girarla sopra e sotto a piedi piuttosto che spostarci in auto. Il path è veramente fantastico (meglio di quello di Montreal dive alcuni punti si raggiungono tramite metro) perché la rete di passaggi è continua e fattibile tutta a piedi. Inoltre ho trovato un livello di civiltà e sicurezza anche nel path che mi sarei mao immaginata: ragazze sole o in coppia a studiare sui tavolini della zona ristoro la sera... impensabile a Milano purtroppo!
