Featuring an indoor pool and fitness centre, this Vancouver hotel overlooks Coal Harbour. Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre is less than 5 minutes’ walk away. When we got there, we realized that our room was canceled through a third-party app. They were extremely nice to us. They did find us a room. They upgraded us no extra charge and we stayed in a suite. I was dead to the world and we were extremely tired and they apparently realize that we were exhausted. I can’t remember anybody’s name but they worked the reception desk on Friday the 12th night shift and the manager was super sweet and I would go back there in a heartbeat.

Located in downtown Vancouver, this 31-story hotel provides views of the North Shore Mountains. Vancouver Harbour is a 5 minutes' walk from the property, while Stanley Park is 1.3 km away. Location is excellent. I liked the breakfast buffet and the gym. Service personnel are very kind and professional. A pity no freshly squeezed orange juice is available. Your receptionist Sweta is exceptional.
