Very smooth and relaxed checkin, the hotel is walking distance from Salzburg airport so is very convenient for a stop over before making our onward journey. The kids loved the breakfast and made us promise to stay again if we're in the area again in the future.

This 4-star hotel is located between Salzburg Airport and the A1 motorway, on the western outskirts of Salzburg. It offers free WiFi in all areas and free private parking. I especially liked the fact that it was walking distance from the airport. I didn't realize that Salzburg was quite a small city, if it's compared to where I'm coming from, which is Frankfurt, Germany.

But also the kitchens in our apartments are very well stocked and supplied.

We had 2 single rooms for my granddaughter and me. No breakfast, but didn’t expect it. It’s at the end of the street, turning the car around is a bit of work. We were looking for a simple inexpensive base for exploring Salzburg and the surrounding area, not a destination hotel with lots of services, it was just what we needed. Laundry service is available for 8 euro a load.
