The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything looked as if we were the first people to be there. Staff was very responsive prior and during our stay. We got fresh towels half way through the stay, nice detail much needed with 3 kids. The hot tub is a fantastic perk after a day of hiking. The weather was not warm enough to use the pool, but I can see how it'll be great come summer. Good location, quiet and just a minute to the main highway sending you to famous spots around the island. Easy 10m drive to Ponta Delgada's center. Much recommended.

We really enjoyed the breakfast which was left in the fridge for us (local products) and the fact that the baker brought us bread in the morning was also really nice. The location is also pretty good, just few minutes walk from the center of the village and the shop, and the Santa Barbara viewpoint can also be reached on foot (about 15 minute walk downhill). The host was also really helpful, tried to help us with everything and even offered to pay for our breakfast one morning when the baker forgot to bring us the bread. Overall a great apartment in a very peaceful environment for a great price.

Situated just 20 metres from the Ribeira Grande city main square, Quinta do Passo offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Everything was clean and comfortable. Quite location, secluded private space. We did a lot of hiking, would be nice to have a washing machine, but, on the other hand - the hosts told us there is a washing machine 3 min away.
