For divers, the jetty is less than a ten minute walk away, so the property is very well located. I'd gladly stay again, and can recommend!

Very friendly host. The rooms were very clean but the village style rooms were a little dark for my taste (wood painted in dark color). Free fresh rambutans harvested in front of you !
Quiet location, the mushroom villas were really fun to stay in - kids loved it! Everything was clean and well kept, decent wifi and comfy beds. The staff was super friendly, helping us out with rides in and out of the downtown and making sure our stay was great. Good morning coffees and the video games were a big hit for the kids.
Timba Gardens are beautifully located in a small village outside Semporna, in about 15 min drive you reach the city. Staff was super welcoming and friendly, transport worked perfectly. The driver even gave me some really nice restaurant recommendations! Rooms were clean and spacious. Good breakfast, there's fresh water, coffee and tea available.
The warmth and hospitality of the hosts. The spacious and well equipped villas. During low tides, you can walk around the property seabed and discover lots of marine life including colourful tropical fishes, crabs, corals, gigantic clams, sea urchins and of course, lots of sea stars.
