We stayed 3 nights in the Cloud Villa as a couple. Exactly like the pictures. Highlight is the view from the pool downstairs and jacuzzi upstairs. Bed was also maximum comfort. We did not want to leave the property! When we did leave to explore Santorini the property location was perfect because it was quiet in Firostefani (villa location) but only a short walk to the city centre of Fira and also had restaurants and cafes along the way.

We liked the very quite location with easy access to the tavernas. Really nice pool with relaxing atmosphere. Our host was great. He provided us with lots of information regarding a wide range of activities. He even gave us a ride to the nearby supermarket to do our shopping.

Location and view was amazing! Perfect sunset view. Great to have our own space and a pool. Breakfast was delivered every morning allowing us a leisurely breakfast on the balcony with our friends. Loads of space for 2 couples plus a 4 year old. Everything was cleaned every day.

Amazing vila in Oia neighborhood, close to the windmills and facing the sunset. Big acomodariam for 5 persons, with very comfy bed, complete kitchen, living/dining room, balcony with a perfect view and gorgeous “cave pool”, which is heated. George takes care of everything himself and brought us our breakfast in the morning. They also kept our luggage after checkout. I definetely recommend.

The view is incredible,most beautiful view of all the hotels i’ve been to,especially the amazing room over the pool is incredible,you feel like a luxury guest with a more affordable price than the other hotel villas around.

I liked the stay, however we found other villas that were more value for money and were 4 star hotels. I think the breakfast needs to include more dairy products like cheeses and yoghurt with Granola or cereal to cater for younger guests. The three wooden stools were a hazard for young kids as they kept toppling. It was stressful to ensure an accident didn't happen. Also the little area above the stairs needs to be closed off as kids might accidentally fall over the stairs.
This was an amazing hotel and experience! All of the staff were wonderful and helpful, from the porters to the cleaning staff, and especially Alex and his colleagues at the restaurant. We came for the quintessential Santorini experience, and Dana Villas met and exceeded our expectations! Thank you for such a memorable and special holiday.
Ersi Villas has a good location close to the centre of Firostefani. Our host, Elios was very kind, helping us with several advices. The property looks like an oasis with its wonderful plants and pool. Recommended.
