The location, first of all, is great, with all the main sights within walking distance. The hotel has a luxurious feel to it, but without being too pretentious, even quite relaxed. They offer everything you need. The breakfast had many options, and the food was good. Definitely recommend!
I was very pleasantly surprised to find such a relatively luxurious hotel, right in the centre of the old city, at such a reasonable price. The staff on reception were very helpful and courteously went along with my attempt to speak not very fluent Spanish.
Cool modern building with a stunning, full height atrium that feels inspired by the same artistic spirit as the Guggenheim down the road. Standard room was more like a suite, and by far the most luxurious for the money we stayed in during 10 days in Spain. Super friendly snd helpful staff. Great location 10 mins walk to main attractions, with views over river and parkland.
It's an amazing hotel . Proper old school luxury and service. The room was huge , the staff silver service and attentive and we were in awe of the grandeur of the place.
Nice lobby area with lovely views and plenty of room. Booked a deluxe room and I was disappointed in the quality of the room. Lots of dirty marks/stains on the laminate flooring and overall way too much laminate furniture/fittings didn’t give a luxury feeling. Bathroom was nice and of good quality. Deposit for pool towels is a bit low market for a 4 star hotel these days. Good location and easy down hill walk to the old town of Bilbao which is fabulous.
Gorgeous hotel which has just been renovated. Lovely, big, luxurious room . Great bed, large and comfortable. Great food in the restaurant with lovely staff. Subterranean parking was available at the time of our stay. Superb location for the old town, the Guggenheim and boat trips etc.
Stayed in a large triple room, more than enough space with Nespresso coffee machine and luxurious bathroom. The huge and modern hotel is a 10min walk (uphill) from the old town so very conveniently located, directly on the bus line for those who don’t fancy the walk. The garage takes cars up to 2.20m high. In house restaurant, bar, lounge, sports watching areas etc but special mention must be made of the front desk reception staff who where incredibly friendly and could not do enough for us!
