A very neat and clean guest house. All the necessary facilities like kitchen, washing machine, hot water were available. Michael has been an amazing host. Great value for money!
the security on the property was good, house was clean and tidy, kitchen was lovely and big, nicely decorated parking was good as well overall we had a good stay for the 2 days we were there.

Great, cosy little flat - perfect location and had everything I needed for the week. Bed was comfortable, slept really well, and kitchen had everything you needed. Location is close to shops and public transport
Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Decor, modern furniture and electrical appliances excellent. Comfy bed and bed linen. Heating was on when I arrived, which was appreciated as it was a very cold evening. Nice to see all electrical appliances were PAC tested giving the stayer confidence that the appliances are safe to use. Ample kitchen and cleaning accessories available. Secure parking for 2 cars was handy.
The apartment was exactly how the pictures looked. It was secure, and comfortable, close to the town center.
Staycay were available when needed, as had a few issues, but called staycay and they were fixed.
Everything you need is available at the apartment, kitchen items, towels, hairdryer etc for a comfortable stay.
Staff was very Friendly, easy access to a kitchen, shower and a private room that could be locked. Within walking distance of INCE train station and shops.
