The apartment was perfect and in such a good location. Alain was really helpful and made everything very easy. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We were attending a wedding locally so location played a part in our choice.. it was lovely and warm in the accommodation, the bed was comfy and the tea and coffee facilities included a couple of freshly baked custard tarts. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order. Nothing was too much trouble for our hostess Victoria including a lift to said venue. We had a lovely two night stay and would consider staying again if we came to the area again

Lovely lounge & kitchen. Comfy bed. Warm in most areas of the property. Plenty of hot water. Location - as we were attending a wedding at Warwick House around the corner. Good pub The Bowling Green, but popular so must book a table, especially on a Saturday night. Takeaway outlets available.

Apartment has games, lots of info about local attractions, and is well provisioned in kitchen with crockery, pans etc, including a 'decent' size fridge-freezer (not just a tiny freezer compartment).
Village is very nice too.
Checkin was easy and getting keys no issues. Property was clean and tidy and had all equipment needed. The sofas were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Shower was spacious and good water pressure. Cot, stair gate and high chair all supplied and great place for little one as plenty of space to play in.
The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a self catering break, beds are comfortable and had a good nights sleep, patio doors lead to garden with table and chairs great for enjoying a cuppa in the sun, the location is great, right in centre of Southam with pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops on the doorstep, we were attending a wedding at Warwick House which was a ten minute walk away, would definitely stay again
Excellent property, clean, tidy with full facilities, a private entrance & parking. Host Sally provided everything for an overnight stay inc. extra large comfy bed, large lounge, dining table, kitchenette with breakfast tray, fresh milk, a very nice touch.
Glad we found it, was across road from Warwick House wedding venue in Southam where we were able to walk to, pleased we everything.
