The Rochdale flat was comfortable and met all my needs. The double and single beds were ideal, and the sofa bed and folding bed provided flexibility for my family. I enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and relaxing in the open-plan living area. The modern bathroom and Wi-Fi were great, and the central location, along with the helpful hosts, made my stay even better. I’d recommend it.

Joanna is a fantastic host, and served an excellent breakfast. The room was great - bed really comfy, blackout blinds, and an excellent shower room. It's super convenient for the station, being only a couple of minutes walk away from the platforms with regular services to Leeds and Manchester.

The property was a good size for my big family and had everything you needed such as wifi hair dryer iron kitchen accessories etc nice comfy beds with clean bedding everything was as described and pictured and we also walked in to a lovely box and chocolates and waters which was a great touch and much appreciated after the day we had 😊
The house was really nice and spacious, it catered for all 12 people. We had an amazing time. The host was really nice and hospitable, he helped us to settle In nicely and dealt with all our queries promptly.
The property had nice large rooms. It was clean and tidy when we walked in. There is a decent dining area. The kitchen has everything you would need in a house.
Overall we had a good experience. So I would stay here again and recommend this to everyone.

The location was excellent, the room was perfect, large comfortable bed excellent power shower and the host Rob was brilliant from start to finish, the kitchen had everything you would want from a continental breakfast, I really have nothing bad to say about my stay here.
Very pleasant flat in a renovated Victorian building, with nice views over the hills. Everything in good condition and very clean, decent kitchen, comfy beds.
The bedroom and the large bed was incredibly well appointed and comfortable, however the breakfast was dreadful. Bacon & Sausages etc left for hours under a geat lamp was unchewable. I notified reception to advise the Chef but i did not see her pick up a phone or go to the kitchen. Afterwards i watched a young family of four unable to cut the meats easily so i alerted the waiter who was always hovering yet never looked at the foods under the lamps. - Again no action taken. Disgraceful service!
