I can't say anything bad about this property. 150% recommended for families. The studio was very well kept and the hot tub was wonderful. Perfect for a night away without the need for a kitchen however there is a small kitchen area equipped with various facilities. The host was very attentive and very helpful. The location is also amazing and right in the centre of Penrith. We managed without a car and it is conveniently located near train station and car park.

Lovely place for us to crash after a long walk. We didn't stay long only 22:00-06:45 but the shower was lovely, the kitchen was perfect with tea and coffee for the next day, beds for 2 adults and kids. My little boy loved the toy lion that was there! Very impressed with the space we got for the price, very reasonable.

The accommodation had character, and was very comfortable and well appointed for three adults. The sofa bed was remarkably comfortable to sleep on, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for self-catering, including a compact dishwasher. All in all, It was an ideal base for touring during the day, and ideally placed to explore Penrith and find somewhere to eat each evening.

This was a perfect self-catering holiday let. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything we could want, the beds were really comfy, nice bathroom etc. Everything provided is to a good standard. Pleasant upper decking area with outdoor seating and hot tub, which could only be improved by the great British weather hahaha. We had good, prompt communication with the owner before and during our stay.
