the property was great. there were 3 of us but it was very spacious, one double bed and 2 sofas beds in the sitting room. bathroom was a decent size and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need but we never used it as only there for one night. good links for everything and only a 10-15 mins walk from picadilly, even close from victoria.

Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
Pleasant stay, very comfy bed. Attentive/helpful host. Beautiful kitchen/lounge area. I could tell it was newly opened and I was actually the first occupant. So a few key things missing for a ‘luxury’ stay. Like full length mirror, TV in the room. I provided this feedback to the host and pretty sure these things will be implemented.
1. The property was clean and there were good amenities such as towels, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, hair dryer etc
2. Check in and check out went smoothly

4. Off road parking access was good for multiple cars
5. Property was quiet, no noise complaints
Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. House neat and clean. Comfortably furnished bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine is an added bonus. Good contact with the owner. Before arrival the owner informed about everything. The house contained everything needed.
The house was big with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, a shower and a bath and easy parking. It was located near a park and playground, near a big shopping center and easy access to the M60. We only stayed 2 nights so we did not use all the facilities such as the washing machine, but all seems in good state.
It smells very bad in room very dirty place no TV no working rubbish every where kitchen very dirty this the
bad place I paid money to sleep and I never every trust those kind of place I wish booking remove this rubbish for their app shower with very slow water and very cold
