Booking easy and communication for key safe was good. Nice furnishings and kitchen fully stocked with equipment. Be best for couples or pair of friends using the twin room, rather than a family.
The owner was lovely and explained that all the money he makes from renting out the rooms is given to a children's charity. He showed us around the communal kitchen and then our room. He explained where everything was and how to work the TV etc. We did have issues with the sound not working on the TV at first so I messaged him and he called me back straight away to explain how to sort it.
The room was lovely, so well thought out with a lovely bean bag to lounge on, desk with a store for the hairdryer, fridge to store drinks as it was hot last weekend and the bed was super comfy and with the air con it was a dream. Was so sad when we couldn't get in got a second night. It felt like a luxury LA hotel right in Yorkshire. There was also kitchens so you could go off site fetch food in, passes to make baby bottles and wrestler burger vending machines and microwaves on site. They though of everything.
It was a gorgeous place. Amazing kitchen. Bath was stunning. Bedroom was huge. Was a great room for a couple and baby. Lots of space for pram, cott, high chair.
A nice place for a self-catering stay. Kitchen very well equipped. Nice big bathroom. Overall very comfortable. Bed linen clean and lovely towels provided. Important: This is a private home and not a holiday apartment in the traditional sense - bearing that in mind, it has absolutely everything you need and more..... Hosts provided a very nice welcoming tray of initial supplies, tea, coffee etc. also provided (although we had, of course, also brought our own). Cleaning/laundry products were also provided - a very thoughtful gesture.
