All the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The place is beautiful, ambient and very serene! As soon as I made my booking, I received a welcoming call from the manager to confirm my reservation and to take note of any special arrangements, which was very thoughtful. Their menu is quite extensive and the food is very delicious. The waiters are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, genuinely concerned and pay attention to detail. They ensure that your order is to the point. I really enjoyed the 3-course dinner and the coffee at breakfast was properly brewed. My room was exquisite and exactly what it looked like in the pictures! I can't stress enough how professional and hospitable the waiters and house keeping staff were. They made my stay super enjoyable and memorable. The quality of service and overall experience was personal and exceptional, I can see myself coming back here many times in the future.

A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family.
