Situated in Almaty, 20 km from Medeo, Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. The best thing I appreciated was the Park around hotel, I did need it to calm down nerves. Also the hotel itself was comfortable and spacious, no noise ot trouble. Restourant was really good with a lot of options for breakfast and high quality of products for eves.

The stuff was always helpful. The room was spacious, it was cleaned well all the time. I was pleasantly surprised finding an iron and an iron board that were very useful. In addition there was a kettle and tea.

Resident Hotel Kazybek Bi 位於阿拉木圖，距離 Ascension Cathedral 1.3 公里，有餐廳、免費私人停車位和酒吧。這間 4 星級飯店提供客房服務、24 小時接待櫃檯和 WiFi（免費）。這間飯店距離 Gvardeytsev-Panfilovtsev Park 1.4 公里，距離阿拉木圖 2 號火車站 2 公里。 Resident Hotel Kazybek... 我们一家三人入住了Residence酒店的套房，包括一间带有标准大床的卧室，以及带有一个大沙发的客厅，注意大沙发不是折叠的，不能打开变成沙发床，不过沙发很宽大，可直接作为单人床来使用，有一间带淋浴的洗手间。房间整体不是很大，但是用品的质量很高，这是我们最满意的地方。早餐的品种不多，但是也够了，特别赞的是用餐的环境很好，在室外的小花园里用早餐是一种享受。我们在餐厅还用过午餐，是一种工作午餐的套餐，也很好，价格也合理。酒店不是紧靠马路，周围是居民楼，因此很安静。酒店离步行街不远，步行大概10分钟。总之是很满意的一次住宿经历。

Everything was perfect. The rooms IS so spacious and comfortable. The spa and thé fitness room are excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very professional and helps you to make your stay the best possible. We really want to come back here.
