Luxurious, everything is clean and new, comfortable, kitchen is nice, view is nice. We stayed during New Year day, we could see fireworks from the window (not the Gibraltar main plaza fireworks, but Spain side fireworks, plus some private people fireworks. They exploded on the level our 15th floor). Apartment has washer with dryer (the same Machine, but works well. It was nice for us , traveling the second week). The manager on the property was super nice and helpful. She met us and let us park before check in, answered all my endless questions even during NY eve (we forgot British adapters. Outlets have usb cables btw.). I was impressed by the level of the customer service manager provided.

The amazing view, the super friendly and helpful owners, the Italian restaurant close by, and overall clean, modern facilities.

The attention to detail, everything you needed was there, toiletries and shampoos and other hair products, tissues, cotton buds the list went on. Towels for the beach/ pool and luxury towels for the apartment. All we had to do was pack our clothing and tooth rushes and arrive. Nataliia was an excellent host and eager to assist if you needed her. Would we return? A definite big fat YES xx

Great hotel, excellently located. Charming and helpful staff. Clean and well-equipped rooms, we were upgraded to a better room for free.

Beautiful comfortable and clean apartment. We loved seeing the sunrise from our very comfortable bed every morning. Our host Walter was wonderful, and the communication was great. It was easy to find, and Walter let us put our luggage in as we were there earlier than check in. Highly recommend this apartment

This was an old-style hotel, reminiscent of most of Gibraltar. It was very colonial, but very nicely appointed, and perfect for my stay. The staff were incredibly good, and could not have been more helpful. Friendliness was the key, and they went out of their way to do as much for me as they could, ev en when I asked for some special timing with laundry for example = quick service. They complied very happily.

It was very clean, the facilities were really nice, and it felt like I was staying in a home of my own. I was only there for one night, but my stay was very comfortable. I wish I could've stayed for an extra day. There was a really nice pizza shop just a short walk away.
