All was great, especially personnel who helped right away if we had any issues. We had a small issue with the room that we booked but the team was so great that they offered us a bigger room for no extra fee the moment we approached. Everyone is friendly. Rooms are comfy, breakfast has more than a classic turkish breakfast can offer. Location was great as well, most sightseeings are within a walking distance. All in all great price value.

The staff was amazing. The gentleman working the night shift at the front desk was very helpful and kind. He was always attentive and able to answer all our questions. The sauna and spa were also really nice. We did package and it was well worth the money. The location was also perfect walkable to anywhere in town

The facilities and price is on a competitive edge compared to other hotels in instanbul - great value for money! But most of all, the service is impeccable! I highly commend Sultan, Mehmet, Seda and all the staff! I would like to mention all their names but i unfortunately was not able to get them! But every single one of them was professional and gave excellent customer service! From the reception, to the restaurant, concierge, cleaning team, and spa, we had a wonderful experience! I stayed at the hotel for one night (due to layover between flights). The room was clean, well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Bottled water and snacks in the room are the plus, especially if you arrive late). Also I saw a menu in the room, so you can order food also. Yes, you can hear the noise of the road and planes if you open the window, but this is expected) You are close to the airport) The guys at the reception were very friendly :), helpful, they can assist you with your luggage, taxi, etc. For sure it’s a good hotel with a great value!

Outstanding customer service, they went beyond and above to help us with our travel issues as we don’t speak Turkish and had coordination problems. The breakfast and the room itself were outstanding. They kept our car in their garage while we travelled. Would highly recommend and stay here again
