This was our nicest stay in Laos. We initially booked for one night but ended up staying for 4 nights. The location is lovely, there is a very nice balcony on which you can sit in the hot afternoons and have a few beers overlooking the river. The room is very clean and has good air-conditioning and a big sized comfortable bed. Breakfast is pretty good, you get some fresh fruits as well. Robert was really helpful and friendly and helped us plan all our transport with zero stress. Very friendly people here. Loved our stay!

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Room was great value for money , lovely view , air con and fan, fridge and kettle. Very clean and spacious. Lovely breakfast too. Staff helped me with booking tour to caves and onwards travel to Vientiane but most of all they really helped me when I got ill for a couple of days. They offered to bring me to hospital but luckily I got better. I can’t thank the staff enough, thank you ,🙏 I really appreciate your help and kindness , 10 out of 10,

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the river with spectacular views of the mountains. The pool was nice and clean, although a bit small. The rooms were adequate, but I felt they could use a little more maintenance. It was a bit noisy at night with some local traffic, but the natural surroundings made up for it. Not a bad stay overall, but could use some improvements.

My stay at Phailin was perfect! The premises are immaculately clean. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel reception was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great. They offered a nice complimentary breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel is also nicely located next to shops and restaurants. The night market is a short 10 minute walk. The hotel can also help with tours and transportation back to the airport. I would most definitely stay again.
