Everything was wonderful. Location, services, swimming in the sea. Our room was spacious, clean with amazing view of the sea and gardens.

Featuring free WiFi, a spa centre, meandering outdoor pool and a salt water pool. The Cliff Hotel offers accommodation in Negril. The location was quiet side of Negril; but still many note worthy Cafe's and restaurants and lounges for drinking and dancing with the locals. I will recommend the Spa therapy. Massage and salon service was excellent. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. I will also recommend that visitors eat at the restaurant. Food served is delicious and masterfully displayed on white plates.

Very clean and scenic property. The vintage/ rustic ambiance was breathtaking. Accommodating for babies!😊 Accessible to town center, food and entertainment spots. It was so green and lush. Please continue to label the trees. I especially liked having the lagoon right outside our door. We were at a resort but hardly came into contact with other guests so we had our own space. Could go snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking whenever we wanted to. Hoping with the fish sanctuary and the coral nursery nearby there will soon be more fish and coral.

Beautiful and quiet with plenty to do and see nearby. Several dining options available in convenient walking distance. Penny and crew seemed to always be working to keep things in top shape. We were able to meet and spend some time with two other couples that were staying there. Everyone was warm and welcoming.
