Me and my niece stayed at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort from 03 to 06 October 2023. From the moment we stepped at the facility, Indah (the front desk officer) was very professional, courteous and friendly. Same thing can be said to Riaz, who was very pleasant when we discussed a day tour going to Ubud. The sumptuous breakfast buffet is one of the best I've experienced, travelling the world. Your staff makes it all more memorable and wonderful. Will definitely recommend your property to my friends and colleagues.

The bungalow style rooms were clean and air conditioned; and accompanied by a large outdoor bathroom area. Really beuatiful set up all around. The highlight of our stay were the staff, from the reception to the drivers, they were all extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. The chaffeau service came in really handy as well.

Amazing place, super attentive staff, spotless hotel. Incredible view. We chose this hotel for remote work and it was the best choice. We were able to work in toom, next by the pool in the restaurant and wifi were great.

There is Smart TV with NETFLIX and YouTube in every room. Air conditioning works well. Beds are huge and comfortable. We like your choice of music in restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mala at front desk, to management Belinda and Rodi, to Rina and Suchar in restaurant. You guys are great.
