The day of arrival was 31st of july 2024. we were helped at the front desk by a lovely person Vidhya who explained everything nicely from front desk . The room itself was very beautiful. The bed was pleasant. We enjoyed every bit of the room. Also room services was very nice and delicious. We also had a quick swim. The View from the rooftop was very beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious as well . We enjoyed everything that we had and the service was very good as well.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Our large family group had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The building itself was immaculate, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout. A special shout-out to the front desk staff including Prachi who ensured we had a hassle free check-in, whose warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, everyone in our group regardless of age had something special to pick from elaborate buffet spread. Additionally, the restaurant staff including Sherpa went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Embodying the 110-year-old legacy of John Jacob Astor IV, our 5-star hotel in South Mumbai made its debut as the first St. Regis hotel in India. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and so much variety was available. The restaurants on site are exceptional. We had dinner on the 37th floor at MeKong and it was amazing. Another night we ate in the more casual restaurant and the variety of food and taste were exceptional. Our personal butler Mao was extremely friendly and provided us with amazing service. I highly recommend the St Regis Mumbai
