The day of arrival was 31st of july 2024. we were helped at the front desk by a lovely person Vidhya who explained everything nicely from front desk . The room itself was very beautiful. The bed was pleasant. We enjoyed every bit of the room. Also room services was very nice and delicious. We also had a quick swim. The View from the rooftop was very beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious as well . We enjoyed everything that we had and the service was very good as well.

Another night we ate in the more casual restaurant and the variety of food and taste were exceptional. Our personal butler Mao was extremely friendly and provided us with amazing service. The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, everyone in our group regardless of age had something special to pick from elaborate buffet spread. Additionally, the restaurant staff including Sherpa went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!
