Masawara is calm and tranquil, the staff warm and extremely helpful. We loved the courtesy pick up and drop off at the airport too! Our room was beautifully set up and there was good space - lots of cupboard space and large bathroom.

Loved the accommodations, fabulous open living and bedroom - bathroom had a tub which I love! Breakfast was lovely. Dinner excellent. It was nice to have a shuttle but odd the way it worked. I think having your own car is better. We went on one game drive which was nice to see the rhino. Our driver drove too fast and I didn’t like that. He also spoke in his language to people in the safari vehicle who, Btw they were not staying at either property. Love the animals coming to the water hole every evening.

A beautifully designed property with amazing staff, service and vibe. I traveled as a solo female adventurist and could not have felt more comfortable and safe here. The staff was very helpful, kind and patient in planning my tours and excursions. My ID was unknowingly left behind in a cushion. They found it and helped me to get it back with more ease than my resident country could through DHL. This is where we stay if we return to Victoria Falls!

Chengethai and Feeny (the Managers) were exceptionally efficient and effective in ensuring that all my activities were timely booked and everything went as planned, yes, beyond my expectations; they even allowed a late check out to accommodate my flight time. Solomon and Pride did the waiting and gave good recommendations on foods and drinks, and good tips to enjoy my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and neat, and very comfortable. The food prepared by Innocent (the Chef), is exceptionally delicious, just try their Zimbabwean beef, a divine delicacy. In a nutshell, I can assure you that if you go to VF, and choose Nkosi Guest Lodge, the staff will take good care of you. As a solo traveller, I didn't have any concerns, but to just enjoy myself, since all my activities were duly cared for.
