Located in Canfranc-Estación, 300 metres from Canfranc Train Station, Canfranc Estación, a Royal Hideaway Hotel - Gran Lujo provides accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a restaurant... In pouring rain we received a warm welcome, were given an upgraded room and were overawed with the hotel and it's location. Our room was spacious with every comfort and the bathroom a delight. The bar and restaurant were exceptional with very attentive service. Dinner was superb with unusual, very tasty and generous portions and not overpriced. Breakfast was amazing with, just about, anything you wanted to eat and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The staff could not have been more helpful with finding alternative routes over, or round, the Pyrenees as the Somport Tunnel was closed.
