Despite not expecting to be picked up I was collected from the airport which was great. I also got to meet lots of the locals too who are so friendly, no tourist trap here, just great people and thanks to Maria for all her help as my Portuguese is limited to hello and thank you!

Situated in São Tomé, 500 metres from Lagarto Beach, Residencial Aeroporto features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a bar. The rooms and spacious and clean, with nice en-suite bathroom. We were able to exchange some euros into dobras as well, which was very handy! There was also a delicious breakfast for us the next morning, with fresh bread, fruits, eggs and butter and delicious coffee and tea.

Situated in Santo António, 15 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, Residencial Brigada features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Sónia was very friendly and more than helpful, particularly when my mom got sick. The food and company were also great. I would highly recommend this place.

Easy to get to and from the airport. Easy walking to chocolate shops, monuments, restaurants, churches. Easy money exchange. And easy for pick up points of you're doing any tours. Super happy with our stay!

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds that are lovingly cared for. The attention to detail from the management is exceptional. I genuinely did not want to leave. Highly recommended.
