We had very comfortable and relaxed stay at the hotel for one night before, and two nights after our Himalaya trekking. The hotel has very nice facilities, beautiful lobby, courtyard, pool; large, clean, and comfortable room, very good breakfast. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Vibash, because we would not be able to do the trekking as we planned without his help. When our arriving flight was delayed, Mr. Vibash personally went out his way, not only helped to pick us up from the airport, but also helped to secure all things required for trekking right after we arrived the hotel before time ran out.

What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Satishra, who was outstanding. Her warm smile and willingness to assist with every question made a huge difference. On top of that there is a free airport transfer. It saves you from being ripped off by local drivers. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. With its comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and exceptional service, it’s a place I’ll definitely return to on my next visit!
