Staff were excellent. A particular mention of 2 staff in particular. MaiJa and Minna. These two ladies were exceptional. We are from Australia and have traveled extensively and it is very rare to receive such friendly happy and professional employees such as these two. From our understanding, Minna was a new employee. If that is the case, she is certainly an excellent acquisition. She greeted us with absolute friendliness and even took us to our room. Maija had an infectious smile and laughter and seemed to have the place running so smoothly. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and the young lady who served us was very sweet and super nice. Overall this place is wonderful and the staff certainly played a big part in making our anniversary stay a memorable one.

Fantastic location, kind and attentive staff. The room was beyond my expectations, the bathtub and private sauna were very nice.

The room we had was the Arctic Loft for three of us. While the room is a bit on the smaller side it is absolutely immaculately clean. The bathroom is fantastic and overall it has a very cozy atmosphere. Important detail to know - room does not have a micro wave. The staff was first class. The receptionists were very friendly and helped us find our way to the arena. The breakfast is the best breakfast we have ever had anywhere in the world. The sheer selection, quality and taste, along with a very attentive wait staff made for an experience we still talk about. Overall we have to rate the hotel a 10/10. We will be back for sure.

Even if you zoom to details, like towels materials, shampoo quality, yoghurt quality for breakfast, it was excellent. Well done

I travel a lot for work and I don't usually bother with leaving reviews but I have to this time. The hotel is exceptional. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and modern. The bathrooms are small but they are clean and modern too. This hotel is a perfect place to stay for a work tri due to fantastic breakfast (one of the best I've had in a hotel), free sauna, gym and many places nearby for dinner - including the restaurant in the hotel. Staff has always been smiling and friendly and in overall I could not enjoy the stay more.
