Intimate, quiet, and relaxing. Staffing goes above and beyond! Spacious room and d very comfy bed. Stayed with my sister, so the shower situation was a bit awkward - open tub and shower. Otherwise, it was great, especially the breakfast and lunch/dinner options. And wonderful staff! Can't say enough on how great they were!

This property far exceeded my expectations. It was extremely comfortable, well appointed, and the staff was just terrific. We ate at the property for all three dinners and were consistently impressed by the chef and waitress staff. The boma show was delightful in its authenticity and gave us so much more exposure to Zimbabwe than I thought possible. Lots of little experiences will dot your stay and the rooms are immaculate.

Loved the accommodations, fabulous open living and bedroom - bathroom had a tub which I love! Breakfast was lovely. Dinner excellent. It was nice to have a shuttle but odd the way it worked. I think having your own car is better. We went on one game drive which was nice to see the rhino. Our driver drove too fast and I didn’t like that. He also spoke in his language to people in the safari vehicle who, Btw they were not staying at either property. Love the animals coming to the water hole every evening.

It is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms all back onto the land where there are waterholes for elephants, warthogs, bush bucks, and plentiful birdlife to congregate. The vulture feeding was a highlight with Moses explaining how important they are in the ecosystem.

Situated in Harare, 1.2 km from Sam Levy Shopping Centre, Masawara Urban Retreat features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a garden. The customer service at Masawara Urban Retreat was exceptional. They anticipated my every need, from providing free airport transfers to offering a variety of complimentary beverages (house wine, coffee, tea) and snacks (cookies - cupcakes - nuts). The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The spacious, clean room even included a walk-in closet. The experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. To top it off, the spa treatments were top-notch
