The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind. Cable car stations are at the resort. Highly recommended!

Cleanliness of the room was good.

It is spacious and impeccably maintained. During our stay with our 6-year-old daughter, we found a plethora of indoor and outdoor activities that she thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the evening events featuring dance and music were a hit with the kids. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious options.

They were incredibly helpful, understanding, and available whenever we required assistance. Our room was not only comfortable but also well-appointed, providing a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. Furthermore, the hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect – within easy reach of Daniz Mall, the historic Old City, iconic Flame Towers, public gardens, and numerous other attractions and activities. With all these amenities and the impeccable service provided, we found the hotel to be truly worthy of its cost. We have no hesitation in recommending it to fellow travelers, confident that they too will enjoy a memorable and satisfying stay.

Set in Galaalti, 120 km from Baku, Qalaalti Hotel & Spa features free WiFi access and free private parking. The location is awesome. Beautiful weather. Full of clouds. The reception staff Emin.B is very humble, cooperative, helpful & always there with a smiling.. overall a pleasant stay!!!

Objekat The Merchant Baku se nalazi u gradu Baku, na 3 min. hoda od znamenitosti Maiden Tower, a nudi antialergenske smeštajne jedinice, usluge konsijerža, fitnes centar, besplatan WiFi u celom... Our stay at the Merchant was excellent. The beds are super comfy and the showers fantastic. The location is right in the best area for food and access to the old city. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to the reception team who were so helpful with advice and getting us and our bags to our taxi in a traffic jam!

The location is great , its easy to access the hotel from many streets , and its so close to Nizami street on foot. The staff are welcoming The toilet has bidet ( if you are concerned 🤣 )
