The manager really did everything to make me feel comfortable. "Abaje" who works with the manager, is an excellent tour guide in Lalibela. They made sure my stay in the hotel and the city became unforgettable. I really can't say enough good things.

They have a local guide who speaks great English and have incredible knowledge about the history. They even offered me dinner for the last night!

The owner picked me up from the airport upon request and has been very supportive throughout my stay at Metas Hotel and spa, I would say it's worth meeting him.. The manager is friendly and caring. She made my stay feel like home to me. She arranged for me taxis to ensure I don't miss my appointment. The meals are delicious, the hotel is located in a good and safe place with a good view of the city. Wifi is perfect, reliable power, a very clean environment and spa. The hotel aides are excellent servants. I enjoyed my stay!
