I recently stayed at Grand Sapphire Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is new and luxurious, with an amazing swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. The gym is incredibly modern, equipped with a wide variety of top-notch equipment, making it great for fitness enthusiasts. The food was delicious, offering a diverse menu with plenty of tasty options. While the general staff were okay, the customer relations staff truly stood out. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even offering us complimentary tickets to a concert party hosted at the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay!

He dealt with us as if we are a family.He always ask us and the visitors if we need any help. The hotel is lucky to have Mohammed. Moreover , The owners of the hotel dealt with us as it is our home.. They are welcoming.. If I come again to Cyprus for sure I will come back to Kemerli Konak Boutique hotel.

Very good helpful personal and nice hotel in a classic style. Initially we had problems entering the border from South to North at Nicosia because of some covid regulations. The hotel owner personally came to the border and helped us out. All the stuff is so nice and respectful. We also got a lot of travel information about different cities and how to form our trip. My mum had her birthday and they prepared a nice meal with a cake. All in all I can advise the hotel further.
