She helped me with everything: transportation, tickets, maps, routs, organizing, answering messages, ordering food etc. Mr. Zhu Haizhi happened to be my driver for my entire stay - super polite, attentive, professional, punctual and ready to help. The room was exactly as on the pictures. Fresh fruits every day waiting on the table.

This place is amazing, the only accommodation inside the National Park. Book it before the government takes it back. I’m not going to repeat what others have stated, just want to add that food there is delicious and very reasonably priced. In fact, we had the best food there while visiting Zhangjiajie, Furongzhen and Fenghuang Ancient Town. I’m still salivating the dinners we had on the mountains.

The location is near the old town city but quite a little bit far from main travel attraction inside the own town but it is not a big problem as you can enjoy the lively of people on the way you walking there. The staff help me do the trip to Dragon snow mountain.

Location is great, one min walk to metro. Staffs were nice. The shared bathroom was really clean, there was a cleaning lady clean up the shower room right after a guest finished using it. It was impressed. Price was cheap, very affordable but with such nice facilities and service!

In the middle of a traditional hutong and steps from a major pedestrian shopping thoroughfare, but the accommodation is quiet and peaceful. It is also a 5 minute walk to a metro station for two different subway lines!! The staff were lovely. Shout out to Alice and her team. They were pro-active, helpful, and the embodiment of hospitality. It is not easy to get tickets to some sites and Alice went above and beyond making the booking for me. The hotel is very atmospheric, the afternoon-evening tea is a wonderful way to rewind and regroup after a day out and about.
