It was my sister's birthday on the day we arrived to the hotel and once they discovered that, they surprised her with a little gift. That was really really nice and special!

Clean, nicely decorated rooms, quiet at night, close to central street ( Caracoles) . Breakfast sufficient and diverse. If one cannot make breakfast ( all morning tours start very early) a breakfast box is provided. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

This was the most beautiful, picturesque hotel I've ever stayed at on our travels. The views, the staff, the room, the tours, the Calafate Sours :) everything was truly amazing. We stayed during shoulder season and felt as though we had a semi-private oasis.

This place is a complete gem and well located for touring the beautiful local scenery. I would book to come back without thinking twice.
