The hotel was very good and very clean, it was right in the main street of Istanbul. Staff was amazing especially Umut, he provided extraordinary help with all the things I needed.

I remembered name from one of hosts - David, he was very kind. I don’t know names of other stuff members, but all of them was there for us when we need it. Huge thanks!

They treat their guests very nicely. Hotel is located close to main (Selimiye) Mosque and 10 min. walk to the pedestrian street. The room was large and clean, beds very comfort, breakfast very taste with variety of food. And once again I must mention their hospitality, they deserve it :)

We had a lovely lovelyyy stay at Bay Mari suites. The location is very ideal. You are 10 mins (by walk) away from the local shopping town centre which has literally at everything! It's called city square mall, ask at the reception and they will help you reach there. We couldn't have asked for a better location in terms of eateries, malls, etc. Last but not least, a hugeee shoutout to Basil who was such a wonderful host and attended us with all lhis heart. There were two other guys at the reception, who were equally smashing but I didn't catch there names. Staff there is brilliant too! Will definitely be back ❤️

The staff are so friendly and so helpful. The staff really make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is nice and spacious and heated. The hotel is located a short walking distance away from shops and restaurants. We booked our tours through the hotel. Anna is so helpful and responds almost immediately to any questions you have. Our tour guide for our red and green tours was 'Bekker' -calling name. Wow, what an amazing man, I would definitely recommend him as a tour guide. Bekker was so friendly and so knowledgeable, he was the highlight of our trip. He was so patient with us. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The views from the hotel are stunning.
