Good location, clean facilities, friendly staff. The male staff in charge of my check-in and check-out was very kind and explained well, so I was very satisfied. Also the concierge staff who took care of my carrier was really nice. Even after checking out, I was scheduled to leave the country 14 hours later, but it was very comfortable and nice to use the shower facility.

Located on tranquil, tree-lined Orchard Boulevard, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is an oasis of calm in the midst of a busy city. Service is exceptional! It didn't take too long to check-in and since we arrived in Singapore quite early in the day, staff was kind to keep our luggage and provided comp. bottled water (thank you for this!), while we walked around until our room was available. The room was spacious (especially the bathroom), modern furnishing, and the whole hotel had an understated elegance. We were also able to have dinner at Jiang Nan Chun to celebrate a special occasion and the duck (and lobster in poached rice) was delicious. You still have a sense of home when you stay here (we were only visiting for a few days, but well spent!) -- also there's a pillow menu for guests who want to request for specific type of pillow. Also, when our TV didn't want to start (the cable hanged or froze), repairmen were assigned asap! Thank you so much, we hope to visit again soon!

Oprema hotela je vrhunska. Zanimiv koncept trajnosti. Najbolj "zelen" hotel, v katerem sem kdajkoli bivala. Dobesedno in v prenesenem pomenu. Osebje je zelo prijazno in vedno pripravljeno ustreci. Najboljsi pa je bazen! Cudovita oaza sredi dzungle.

This hotel is a treasure of Singapore. We had a Premier room with a balcony and street view, big enough for two adults and two children. Luxurious bathroom, perfect cleaning. Ann Siang Hill is a quiet part of Chinatown, a few minutes walk from the main hustle and bustle. The hotel is within walking distance of the center, within easy reach of two different metro lines. Even though the accommodation doesn't officially offer breakfast, you can have coffee, muffins, cookies, crackers at any time of the day... I've already stayed in hotels with paid breakfasts worse than this complimentary corner. Moreover, at five in the afternoon the hotel offers a few glasses of beer or good wine complimentary. A trifle, but it really pleases. I must highlight the extremely helpful and dedicated receptionists.
