The customer service at Masawara Urban Retreat was exceptional. They anticipated my every need, from providing free airport transfers to offering a variety of complimentary beverages (house wine, coffee, tea) and snacks (cookies - cupcakes - nuts). The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The spacious, clean room even included a walk-in closet. The experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. To top it off, the spa treatments were top-notch

Ubytovanie Anantara Stanley & Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel sa nachádza v destinácii Victoria Falls 12 km od miesta Viktóriine vodopády. Loved the accommodations, fabulous open living and bedroom - bathroom had a tub which I love! Breakfast was lovely. Dinner excellent. It was nice to have a shuttle but odd the way it worked. I think having your own car is better. We went on one game drive which was nice to see the rhino. Our driver drove too fast and I didn’t like that. He also spoke in his language to people in the safari vehicle who, Btw they were not staying at either property. Love the animals coming to the water hole every evening.

Stayed with my sister, so the shower situation was a bit awkward - open tub and shower. Otherwise, it was great, especially the breakfast and lunch/dinner options. And wonderful staff! Can't say enough on how great they were!

Victoria Falls Safari Club is a premium boutique hotel located 6 km from the Victoria Falls bridge. This property features a viewing deck overlooking the game corridor to the Zambezi River. It is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms all back onto the land where there are waterholes for elephants, warthogs, bush bucks, and plentiful birdlife to congregate. The vulture feeding was a highlight with Moses explaining how important they are in the ecosystem.

Located within an 2 km of the Victoria Falls, Ilala Lodge Hotel is a family-run hotel set in expansive gardens. Absolutely loved the Ilala lodge ! Beautiful classic African lodge . The rooms , the gardens , the furnishings and the food were gorgeous! It’s also situated just across the road from the walk to the Falls .. so convenient.

Located in Victoria Falls, 350 metres from Zambezi River Cruise Terminal, Azambezi River Lodge boasts free WiFi throughout the property. The ambience of the room was excellent. Room service was excellent and the staff were very friendly
