We visited numerous resorts in the Yasawa Island chain and by FAR Oarsman’s out-performed all others by a mile and in every category. It’s a magical place and we cannot wait to return to once again enjoy this amazing slice of paradise.

The staff were phenomenal, they were always cheerful, friendly and helpful; definitely the best asset of Sofitel Fiji Resort. The pools, restaurants, bars and facilities were also exceptional.

Great location with lots to do around (a few good restaurants, a souvenir shop and a nice café within walking distance, shopping in Sigatoka, Sigatoka Sand Dunes, etc.) Pool and seafront areas were very inviting too, including for happy hour!

Waya Lailai stole my heart—the warmth of the local people and the other travelers I met made my stay unforgettable. The food was delicious, and the dorm accommodation was surprisingly comfortable.
