The staff was super helpful. My credit card was eaten by an ATM (wtf, Bank of Georgia?), and they helped me communicate with the bank and organized it so that I could get it back on the same night.

First of all, the front desk girls were really helful, I received a friendly greeting, with a refreshing welcome beverage. Makes you want to come back. Excellent service. I love the daily breakfast and their menu, the crepes were wonderful. They tryed to maintain their high standards in all areas. The rooms are well appointed, quiet and have everything one needs. Very comfortable bed. The staff at this property were exceptional at each interaction - breakfast, taxi, information about the city. I look very forward to staying at this property again in the future. The location, interior surroundings and staff are all top-notch. Highly recomend for everyone.

This hotel has literally nothing to complain: everything is functional, decorations are fresh, staff is super friendly and helpful. We were staying at a room at the top flour: it had nice balcony with a good view and hillarious bath in the room (a separate bathroom with shower also available) :D The location is great and when I visit Tbilisy next time I would try to stay at Graf Hotel again!
