Room keys are recycled as luggage tags and there was a complimentary drink on arrival. Couldn't have felt more welcomed and can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

On the outside looks very cold and kinda sketchy for the area around but once inside is so welcoming and warm. The room was enormous, had everything that you might need.

Situated within 200 metres of Waterfront Centre Mall Vancouver and Vancouver Lookout at Harbour Centre, EXchange Hotel Vancouver features rooms with air conditioning. Free WiFi is available. We arrived several hours before our check in hours and the staff members kindly stored our luggage. This allowed us to go out to explore the city and then when we came back to check in, they had our luggage already in the room, so efficient. Service is amazing, location is superb really close to everything, the room was well maintained and cleaned every day, staff members were really professional and polite, we really recommend staying here.
