The communication with the staff is really nice. They are very polite and helpful. They always gave us some suggestions on travelling to the certain locations, tourist areas. Our room was really nice, like old fashion style with a nice smell of wood which was really pleasant. The inn is well located and all the tourist places are really close. We really enjoyed the stay a lot.

Gente, vocês não têm noção da hospitalidade desse hotel! Incrível! Nos ajudaram na chegada com o pagamento do meu transfer (tive dificuldade para usar o app pela primeira vez), chegamos lá umas 13h e eles nos ofereceram uma refeição com sopa e frutas e chás/bebidas. Falam muito bem em inglês. Limpam os quartos todos os dias. Café da manhã sempre com mta opções e variado. Eles tb tem um serviço de lavar suas roupas GRATUITAMENTE! Achei isso incrível! Oferecem tb água e chá a vontade, pantufas, shampoo, condicionador, secador de cabelo, sabonete só coisa de qualidade. Tudo muito limpo. O local é bem bonito e super bem localizado. Recomendo demais!!

I wanted to say a lot of great things about Lemon hotel but let me start with people who works there. Jiatong Wu and Xiao Xi, you guys are amazing, such a friendly, helpful, outstanding and well mannered people so I wish I take your personal contacts to be friends. But I’ll definitely come back to your hotel hopefully I’ll see you again soon. The best maintained property I’ve seen. And I travel a lot. Lots of amenities, everything is super clean and especially bathroom and shower rooms literally sanitized right away after use even at midnight which is unbelievable. Well I usually stop at Hilton hotels but this time I got a 10 hour layover so I decided not to go crazy on extras. Turns out this hotel has so many extras for a few bucks that I never imagined. I enjoyed the amenities, laundry was super useful, they even have wine machine over there. Everything. Lemon hotel worth so much more. Loved it
