They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

This place is an absolute gem from the quality of the staff, adherence to the historical character of the building and the finishes and traditional touches throughout. A special shout out to the amazing and always smiling staff, in particular Ivonne and front desk personnel. The breakfast and all meals were fantastic. Best place we stayed in all of Chile to date. If you have the opportunity to be in this area, be sure to choose Casa Werner.

Staff was super fun and friendly. Beautiful hotel and gardens. Location is superb, close to square, restaurants (we loved the hotel’s restaurant the best!), and locked parking a few feet down the road. Definitely recommend!
