Set in the heart of Mostar, just steps away from the UNESCO-listed Old Bridge, Hotel Almira offers elegantly decorated rooms fitted with air conditioning and free WiFi. We were upgraded to a family room. While the rooms themselves are unremarkable, ours came with an outdoor terrace facing Old Town. We loved sitting outside. The beds were fine, breakfast was nice, underground parking. In terms of location, this is the perfect place to stay.

I loved the property, it is in a perfect location, in the heart of the old town Bascarsija in Sarajevo. Even though it is in the heart of the city it is in a quiet area so you get a good night sleep. Morover, the hotel has security 24/7. The hotel is extremely clean, with comfortable beds, impeccable and a modern decor. everything in the hotel is high tech from digital switches to move and close to windows, adjust AC, lighting, elevator. I was impressed. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to all your needs. At the day of our departure there was a marathon and hotel was not accessible due to street closures but the staff helped us with our luggage to a nearby street to meet our taxi driver for a ride to the airport. The breakfast was a buffet of anything imaginable: eggs sunny side up, scrambled eggs, sausages, grilled vegetables, smoked salmon, different type of cheeses (at least 5 gourmet cheeses), cold cuts, baked goods (freshly baked brads and cakes), cereals, croissants, fruits and fruit juices as well as different coffees (espresso, macchiato, cappuccino , etc). I travel extensively for work and pleasure and this is probably the best hotel I have stayed lately. Even though it is 4 star, it really should be 5 star hotel. I cannot recommend Hotel Sana and it’s staff enough. I will be staying there every time I come to Sarajevo. I am so glad I found this gem.

Hotel have almost ideal location, not far away form the state border. Rooms are spacious, and those one on the third flood have an amazing view on the endless plains. Breakfast is also wide-ranging; there are fresh juices and cold and ward cuts. Will definitely come again.

The unit was spacious and beautifully furnished. I loved the liqueur and cookies that were in my room upon arrival. The Hamam was wonderful and was the amazing breakfast. Location was superb! Staff put me in touch with a driver to take me to Fojnica where I was able to explore some of my family roots and makes some discoveries at the monastery there. I loved my stay here! Loved the lobby and coffee served there!

A hotel is worth more than what I paid. Well done . A human act, this hotel has people with warm hearts. Especially at reception. On the day I went on a trip 150 kilometers away from the hotel. My son is 21 years old. Stayed sick in a hotel bed in a room. I called the receptionist to get a doctor. Three times they ordered a doctor at the hotel's expense. Every half hour they visited him in the room. with medicine and hot tea. in order to burn at home.
